Trading in Logica shares on the OMX Nordic Exchange to cease

Trading in shares of Logica (formerly known as LogicaCMG) on the Xternal list of OMX Nordic Ex-change Stockholm will end during the summer of 2008.Following this, the Logica share will be deregistered from the VPC-system and the share will trade on the London Stock Exchange or Euronext Amsterdam. Logica’s press releases and other company specific information will continue to be available to Swedish shareholders at the company’s webpage www.logica.com.
In order to facilitate for Swedish shareholders, the company will offer its shareholders commis-sion-free sales of Logica shares during the period from 30 May to 13 June 2008. More detailed information is included in a letter which has been distributed to all shareholders, or can be obtained by contacting Swedbank, who is the financial advisor to Logica in relation to the transaction.
