Logica Consulting is the management consulting practice within Logica, providing a comprehensive range of business change management, business process outsourcing and general management consultancy  services. We have the ability to draw on a wide range of experienced specialist resources and are genuinely the consultants who can both advise clients and also work with them to implement recommendations.

Our philosophy is to combine a pragmatic and common sense approach to getting the job done, with the deep knowledge of our people, many of whom have considerable experience in both line management and consulting.
