Logica Wins Ford Payroll and Time and Attendance Service Contract

Logica has been awarded a £multi-million five year payroll and time and attendance service contract by Ford, a leading provider of automotive products and services. Logica’s heritage with Ford spans over twenty years with its first consultancy project taking place in Turkey. During this time, Logica has worked with Ford on a global basis including the UK, Sweden, and Germany. This new service contract expands the services Logica provides for Ford in the UK and will extend the relationship to 2014.

THE CHALLENGE
Logica will integrate and modernise Ford’s payroll and tie and attendance systems and provide a bureau payroll service for its 13,000 employees across 10 UK locations. This change management project and outsourced service supports Ford’s drive to focus on its core automotive business, whilst also delivering a world class service to its employees and optimal management information to business leaders.
