We’ve been in Wales for over a decade now and in that time we’ve increased our presence substantially. Originally Logica set up its Welsh operation to expand its growing Services business. The opportunity came up to acquire the IT Services division of the Utilities conglomerate, Hyder, as it was being divested. This was a perfect fit to our expansion plans and has continued to prove so, allowing us to transfer staff and integrate them into our business.

We now run over 150 client services from our offices in Wales. Those services vary from direct to consumer services; through business support to highly technical support, to major organisations. We’re proud of the recognition the industry has given, and continues to give to our South Wales centres, whether it be our Green credentials, our Service Management or the services our people provide to our clients.
