Hi, I am Danny Wootton, Innovation Director for Logica UK, responsible for innovation across all divisions and delivery organisations and across the UK markets – a role I describe as "the best job at Logica".
Parts of the role include building strategic relationships with Logica’s clients around collaborative innovation programmes, partner organisations, academic research organisations and VCs, in order to create innovative propositions, services and business models that can create value for our clients.
In addition I sit on the National Outsource Association’s Innovation Steering Committee, am a member of the CBI’s Innovation Science & Technology steering committee, plus I am an advisor to the board of two early stage technologies companies.
Prior to joining Logica in 2007, I was involved in a range of start-up businesses and held director level positions in Solution and Product Management, Commercial Management, Product Marketing and Finance at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
I am married, live on the Wiltshire / Gloucester border and my interests include in a wide variety of music, hifi, motorsport, cars and photography and I am a frustrated Aston Villa fan.
