Logica launches RIO, its new Oracle Accelerate solution for the business services industry
Logica today announced the launch of its new Oracle Accelerate ERP solution for the business services industry. RIO enables organisations to have a standardised sales process tightly linked to service contract management, thereby increasing service profitability. It includes unique industry features such as credit management, collections management, service costing and profitability, automatic field engineer scheduling and service contract management.
Based on Oracle Business Accelerators for E-Business Suite, that deliver next generation tools for rapid and precise implementation, the RIO package provides out-of-the-box templates to fulfil key business processes with minimal custom configuration. This is coupled with complete documentation and training, reducing both the time and cost for businesses. The system can be implemented on-site or hosted and managed by Logica’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Logica’s SaaS offer encompasses a subscription-based pricing model, providing attractive costs to organisations of all sizes regardless of how many users are required.
