Meeting environmental regulation with aM&T
CRC-EES
The Carbon Reduction Commitment – Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC-EES) legislation has been enacted to reduce carbon consumption within the UK. The CRC-EES is a mandatory carbon dioxide emissions ‘cap and trade’ scheme targeting emissions from public and private sector organisations. If you spend more than £500k a year on energy and utilities you are legally obliged to register as a participant in the scheme.
