Transforming Warrington Borough Council to a leaner more efficient organisation
About two years ago Warrington Borough Council decided that because of financial constraints, they needed to become lean and mean in their back office, so they could use the money they had to support frontline citizen services. So they embarked on Project Enterprise - a shared service programme which by 2015 will hopefully save five million pounds.
